Family and Community LLC's mission is committed to the Social Ecological Model of empowering individuals, families, and communities. Our approach is embedded within the Community-based Public Health Response to Violence (CPrV©) model. We are front line advocates for the Social Ecological Model when identifying and addressing structural and social determinants of health.
